We are pleased to announce the new FlowWorks Support Center. The FlowWorks Support Center is a new interface designed to allow us to better serve users by creating a single, central location to report, monitor and solve all support requests. The FlowWorks Support Center provides an easy interface through which to submit feature requests, bug reports, and other help ticket items. The Support Center also provides a quick link of all of our training, troubleshooting and “how-to” posts and videos complete with an easy-to-access menu.
The FlowWorks Support Center is accessible by clicking on the Support link once you are logged in to FlowWorks. This will take you to the Support Center Main Page where you can submit help requests, suggest new features, or simply read up on how to perform an I&I analysis.
This and many more changes are coming to FlowWorks shortly – all designed to allow you to work easily and more efficiently. The power of FlowWorks.
Setting up an account is easy and can be done in several different ways …
- If you would like a free trial account, using your own data or FlowWorks live test data, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, or use the Free Demo button located on the Home Page. We will contact you by the next business day to setup your free trial.
- If you would like to start using FlowWorks with your own data immediately, call us toll-free during business hours on the West Coast (GMT -8 hours) at 1-888-400-3288 and we will set you up.
A station is billed if it is active for any part of a given month.
A station is “active” from the time it is set up on the FlowWorks platform and available to receive data until such time as the User notifies FlowWorks management in writing that the station is to be deactivated.

There are no contracts to sign with FlowWorks so cancelling is easy. Simply send us an email at email@example.com containing your request and the specific sites to be cancelled. Or you can call us toll free at 1-888-400-3288 with the same information.
Either way, you will be given a fixed period in which to download your data before your subscription is cancelled and your online access is ended.
