KWL Emerald is now Emerald FlowWorks!

Over the past few months, a team of us here at Kerr Wood Leidal have been diligently working towards releasing the next generation of KWL Emerald. The new system, called Emerald FlowWorks, is now up and running.
If you are an existing client, your login information has been moved to the new system, as has your network of sites. You can access your new FlowWorks Network here. If you have troubles with the system or cannot login, please contact support.
So what’s new? Well, a lot frankly, including:
- a more intuitive user experience, including a brand new map-based interface
- personalized logins for a customized user experience
- graphing templates
- a new Support Center with help videos and instructions
- a Blog for discussions with the FlowWorks team on all of the various aspects of remote monitoring, technology, data review, and anything/everything else of interest
We recommend you watch our demo video for an overview of the new interface.  Also take the time to update your bookmarks now to the new site: www.FlowWorks.com. If you have a custom display screen, you will also need to redirect your links for that. For example, if your old link was www.kwlemerald.com/mycity.aspx, your new screen should now be located at www.FlowWorks.com/network/hmiscreens/mycity/mycity.aspx
FlowWorks is still completely owned and operated from within Kerr Wood Leidal Associates, the originators of KWL Emerald. The team of Jason Vine, Craig Kipkie, Yasemin Parkinson, Mike McDonald, Chris Johnston and Robin Parker are behind the new website as we always have been.
