Our business is helping you to collect, manage, and analyze your data, and so we have a strict privacy policy that our firm, our staff and our distributors adhere to.

1. We will NEVER sell or otherwise distribute your contact information to a third party. Your contact information is only used to provide billing and support services.
2. From time to time, if you are an active user we may extend news or other information to you through your contact information. You may opt to not receive such information at any time.
3. You maintain exclusive ownership of all data that you or your equipment transfers to Emerald FlowWorks. Our staff will not review or use your data in the course of any day-to-day business. We will not provide access to your data without your express written consent. If you request, we will attempt to assist you in diagnosing problems with your data, or if you engage us to provide quality assurance services on an ongoing basis.
4. Upon termination of your service agreement, all live copies of your data are purged from our servers. Through the operation of offsite backup systems, copies of your data may remain on alternate storage media (such as offsite tapes) for up to 6 months, however that data is not accessible and is still covered by our Privacy Policy.
5. FlowWorks uses cookies to enhance your user experience.  Examples include allowing you to return to FlowWorks without having to login again, and also to supply anonymous usage statistics to help us enhance features of the website.  We do not track or collect personally identifiable information.
