Using Image Viewer

This video shows you how to view images with the FlowWorks Image Viewer.

This set of instruction will show the user how to look at images that are recorded by stations that have video cameras attached to them. 

Start by going to:‘My Network’, ‘Reporting’, ‘Image Viewer’.

Begin by selecting the site you want to view.

You will be presented by a drop down list of cameras associated to the station. In this example there is only one camera so we will leave it selected.

Next select the desired date range.  For this example select the weekend of May 23-24, 2009. You can also choose to add times to the search criteria.

Click on ‘View Image.’.

The user will be presented with a set of thumbnails showing the images from the site.

In this case there are only three images.  If you have more than 20 images you can navigate through them using the page navigation function.

If you want to see an image in more detail click on it and it and a pop up window appears. For this example, click on the first photo and you will see a black bear going through a gate.  To close the photo pop-up click on ‘Close Window’.

If you want to down load a set of images. Click on a the link and a zip file will be produced containing all the images within the search criteria.

Save it to your computer and you can work on the images as any other image.

If you want to edit the criteria or start a different search, simply click ‘Edit this search’ or ‘Start a new search’ so you can select a different station or a different date range.
