There are no contracts so cancelling is easy.  If you subscribe through a service provider, simply inform them of your desire to cancel your subscription.  If you subscribe directly with FlowWorks, send an email to sales@flowworks.com, or call us at 1-888-400-3288.

Either way, you will be given a set period during which you can download your data before your subscription and online access is cancelled.
