Administration
Accounts, groups and permissions — so the right people see the right sites.

What it does
Users, groups and permissions are managed within the application. Access can be scoped so that a contractor sees the sites they are working on, an operations group sees the network, and edit access is limited to a small group.
Users set up and acknowledge their own alarm notifications over a secure connection without involving IT.
Multi-factor authentication is available for organisations that require it. Users can sign in with their existing Microsoft 365 credentials rather than a separate flowworks password.
Combine all your data in one platform, then determine access by job function and requirement.
- User accounts, groups and role-based permissions
- Site-scoped access for contractors and partners
- Edit rights separable from view rights
- Self-service alarm and notification management

Features are hard to judge using sample data. A flowworks demo uses your data, so the value is clear.
